The EL5420CRZ is a high-performance, wide bandwidth, rail-to-rail output power amplifier for driving analog signals such as current feedback and capacitive loads.The EL5420CRZ consists of two identical power amplifiers and a unity-gain output stage. The two discrete amplifiers are connected in series to provide a high slew rate and high peak output current. The output stage is rail-to-rail, allowing the full range of input signals to be accurately output to the desired load.The wide bandwidth of the EL5420CRZ allows the amplifier to drive a wide range of capacitive and current feedback loads, and is especially useful in applications where high frequency performance is important, such as power supply regulation and analog computer-aided design (CAD) tools.The EL5420CRZ is designed with robust transient protection, high input common-mode range, and significant output current peak capability. In single-ended mode, the amplifier is powered from a single +5 V supply. This power supply range eliminates the need for dual power supplies and simplifies board layout and routing.
