The EL7563CREZ-T13 is an advanced and highly efficient 3- channel DC/DC buck switching voltage regulator in a 16-pin TSSOP package. This device integrates three internally compensated, 800 mA, step-down converters within a single package. The EL7563CREZ-T13 employs high-current low RDS(on) power MOSFETs, improving efficiency over a wide input and output voltage range. This device can deliver up to 1A of output current per channel with excellent transient response and low output voltage ripple.

The integrated feedback loops, enable users to set the output voltage in a range from 0.8V to 5.55V, allowing for simple system power sequencing. Additionally, the EL7563CREZ-T13 has an Ultra-low quiescent current (Iq) of 4.2μA. This feature allows the device to remain in full operation even when the system is in power-down or sleep mode.
