The EVAL-CN0332-PMDZ Expansion Board is designed to evaluate the functionality of the AD converters, ADI\'s CN0332 and CN0270. This board is specifically designed for performing circuit tests and applications with high precision and accuracy. With the addition of the EVAL-CN0332-PMDZ Expansion Board, circuit designers can quickly and accurately develop and test the functions of their designs before producing their project.The EVAL-CN0332-PMDZ Expansion Board is compatible with the AD converter, the CN0332, and the AD conversion solutions, the CN0270. The CN0332 is a reconfigurable, three-port multiphotodiode detector with an integrated, programmable transimpedance amplifier. It is specifically designed for the automotive and industrial markets, as well as other fields requiring highly accurate measurements and ultra-low noise operation. The CN0270 is a complete solution for precision turnkey multi-sensor interfacing and conditioning, featuring a powerful DSP controller, eight AD converters, and driver functions. The EVAL-CN0332-PMDZ Expansion Board harnesses the features of both the CN0332 and CN0270 to offer an optimal solution for circuit designers in a wide range of fields. The board features a plethora of inputs and output connections that enable it to be used in applications that include: optical sensing, solar cell testing, noise cancelling, high-speed signal measurement, and photoelectric sensing, among others.The EVAL-CN0332-PMDZ Expansion Board also features an innovative design that allows circuit designers to quickly and accurately develop applications without requiring an extensive knowledge of the intricacies of the two AD converters. The board includes a multi-channel analog front-end that is used in conjunction with several reference, excitation, and output circuitries, as well as an array of user-adjustable register programming pins. This feature allows users to program the functionality of the board quickly and accurately without having to install probes or manually wire different peripheral components separately. The board is equipped with a 3.3V regulated power supply and a host of protection, monitoring, and calibration features. It also features a built-in character LCD display that provides users with real-time data and measurement. This is especially helpful for applications such as photoelectric sensing, high-speed signal measurements, and optical sensing that requires detailed data and measurements to be displayed.Furthermore, the EVAL-CN0332-PMDZ Expansion Board has been designed to work seamlessly with the ADI ADISimPRC Software. The ADISimPRC Software provides users with a comprehensive set of features such as a converter model library, common configurations, and a DSP controller, as well as a configurable interface to the EVAL-CN0332-PMDZ Expansion Board.
