The FAN1655MTFX is a high-performance and feature packed special purpose voltage regulator. It is designed to provide precision voltage regulation in a wide variety of application environments, ranging from industrial and automotive to computer systems and telecommunications.The FAN1655MTFX features an adjustable output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V and a switching frequency of up to 2MHz. It is a three terminal adjustable device which is based on a pulse width modulation (PWM) control scheme. It also offers selectable transient response and current-limit protection.The FAN1655MTFX has a wide range of application fields. In industrial applications, it can be used for motor and actuator control, temperature and process control, and energy management. It includes overvoltage protection, current limit protection, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout.
