FAN2513S30X is a monolithic voltage regulator from the FAN2513 series of linear regulators. It is a 3-terminal negative voltage regulator which is designed to provide up to 0.3A of output current. The device includes advanced protective features such as Over Temperature Protection (OTP), Reverse Operating Current Protection (ROCP), Over Voltage Protection (OVP), Short-Circuit Protection (SCP), and Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO).
