.The FEBFOD8316-GEVB evaluation board and kit are designed for the application and demonstration of the Wafer Fabrication of Digital Signal Processor-Based Systems. The board and kit provide both practical and theoretical application-level analysis of the wafers, from feature analysis to signal/substrate analysis. With its well-developed user interface, the evaluation board and kit allow users to quickly evaluate a system in context, conduct in-depth signal/substrate analysis, and replace traditionally-used test boards.
The FEBFOD8316-GEVB evaluation board and kit offers three distinct application fields: feature analysis, signal/substrate analysis, and component selection. Feature analysis can be used to both visually analyze a sample wafer and monitor its behavior, enabling users to assess the performance of the system without necessarily having an external testing device. Signal/substrate analysis provides tools for users to examine underlying circuitry damage caused by defect or signal errors, both on the wafer’s surface and in the core/substrate. Component selection provides users with the tools to select and optimize components for a particular system’s design.
The FEBFOD8316-GEVB evaluation board and kit is built upon the foundation of an advanced development platform featuring a 320-bit, 2.4GHz processor, two 8-bit sensors supporting 8 GPIO outputs, two 900MHz 32-bit processors and four SATA3 ports. Through the development of sophisticated algorithms, the evaluation board and kit has the capacity to automatically adjust the intensity of the wafer’s signal, enabling fast and accurate feature analysis and signal/substrate analysis. The wide variety of hardware and firmware, including complex circuit analysis and serial digital interface, available on this platform, all contribute to its capacity to analyze a wafer’s behavior quickly and precisely.
The FEBFOD8316-GEVB evaluation board and kit also has a user-friendly interface, allowing users to quickly derive the desired results without requiring expertise in circuit design and device physics. With the GEVB-GUI, users can control all settings and parameters displayed on the board and the kit. The GEVB-GUI includes a range of helpful reference documents and DSP examples, all of which are very user-friendly and easy to use. With all the reference material in one place, users can quickly and easily explore a system and improve performance.
