A FES16CTR is a 650V 16A standard recovery rectifier. It is classified as a single diode rectifier, and is frequently used in power supply and motor control applications. The device consists of two layers of silicon semiconductor, one positively charged and the other negatively charged, known as p-type and n-type respectively.
