The FMG4AT148 is a pre biased array of Bipolar Junction Transistors (BJT) specifically designed for usage in a wide range of consumer electronics and computer applications.

The transistor array is a high-performance integrated circuit which offers an attractive combination of features, including their low cost and high power output, in a relatively small package size. When the control pin is driven off, the transistor will stop allowing current to flow.

In addition to switch applications, the FMG4AT148 can also be used in amplifier applications by connecting the output of one of the transistors to the other three transistors. In this configuration, the transistors act as a common emitter amplifier, allowing the output to be effectively amplified.
