Analog switches are semiconductor devices with low power, low cost and excellent characteristic which are composed of metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors, MOSFET. Analog switch and the related multiplexers, demultiplexers, have application in a wide range of fields including telecommunications, data processing and instrumentation.
