Working Principle

The FSDM0565REWDTU uses a method called Field Stop Diode (FSD) circuit topology to convert AC power to DC output, for the purpose of regulating output voltage and current. This diode stack creates a pulsed voltage rather than a continuous voltage when under AC input. The pulsed voltage is then regulated by a high-frequency switching device placed at the module’s input.
