FXE10G-10M1 is mainly used in the areas of mobile access (3G, 4G), IP handheld services (EVPN), operator broadband access (FTTH, FTTB, FTTC) and Metropolitan Area Network. It is the ideal platform for Optical Fiber Broadband Access Network which combined with broadband access services such as Voice, Data, Video and Core Network Elements.

As an important part of the Metro/Access multi-service integrated access system, FXE10G-10M1 can provide a variety of services to a single line, working with multiple Media Converters, it can effectively reduce the construction cost of the access network, increase the reliability of the access network and improve the overall performance of the entire network.

Working Principle

The key function of FXE10G-10M1 is to bridge different interfaces to provide different services including mobile base station access, IP handheld access and various service transmission, tunneling, TDM Over IP, Packet Over SONET/SDH and so on.

It supports 10Gaccess link on Gigabit Ethernet (GigE), 25/100Gbps optical channels and the backhaul transport link on 2.5G/10G/40G/100G on Packet Optical Transport System (POTS). The 10Gaccess link with integrated Multiple Service Access funcion can meet the needs of various types of access.

FXE10G-10M1 supports 1GE/10GE optical interface, Ethernet aggregation and access, RJ45 electrical interface, integrated Multiple Service Access (MSAP), Tunneling and IP packets forwarding. It adopts hardware intelligent forwarding to reduce the complex forwarding configuration process, and supports a variety of service interface, such as EPON/GPON/10GEPON access and IPTV services.

In the access layer, theequipment can carry out equipment management through various tools such as web page management, command line management, network management platform and protocol. This uperformance platform is able to build a light and flexible service oriented access network, and it is the ideal solution for Operator to provide cost-effective Multi-Service access.
