The GL34D-TP is a single-rectifier diode included in a medium-power surface mount package. The package includes a diblock trimoshen and double-ended lead configuration. It also features an integrated anode guard diode, anode/cathode reverse-biased capability, and an anode/cathode input current capacity that is essentially constant throughout the diode\'s operating voltage range.
