GP30-DEV-KIT is a complete development system for Universal DisplayPort (uDP) display optocoupler evaluation and monitoring. The versatile kit, which is designed for convenient and low-cost measurement, testing and development of Intelligent Power Systems (IPS) and uDP-compliant displays. Utilizing a mixture of components and Multiplexer integrated circuits (muxes), this kit is suitable for power and display applications of up to 30 watts of power.
GP30-DEV-KIT supports multi-source voltage, AC or DC, for power and display applications and is fully calibrated for accurate measurement and testing. The kit also includes an open architecture for easy customization. This versatile kit is compatible with virtually all display data devices (DDD) such as monitors, LCD screens, projection units, and more.
The kit can detect switching of the display data port and uDP devices, then switch the and send commands to the connected display device. The integrated Manyxer circuit ensures that the display device correctly receives commands and data from the connected device and supports simultaneous point-to-point transmission and switching. Utilizing the integrated NDC (native data cables), FPGA wafer and oscilloscope, the user can easily test display timings, voltage, data widths and switch events.
Using the GP30-DEV-KIT, the user can easily monitor, analyze and respond to data and voltage signals from all connected devices. This ability allows for efficient monitoring of changes in current, voltage and data signals. The powerful FPGA wafer provided in the kit, allows for extremely accurate voltage and current measurements.
For larger applications, the kit can also be linked with triozes or diodes to reduce noise levels in the circuit. Additionally, the open architecture of the GP30-DEV-KIT allows for customizations and integration of user\'s own custom design for operation. This system is designed for robust testing of displays which are uDP compatible.
In addition to testing and evaluating uDP displays, the GP30-DEV-KIT can also be used to analyze and develop intelligent sensors. Because of the powerful combination of components and integrated circuits within the kit, users are able to detect real-time changes in conditions and produce response. This capability is extremely advantageous when working with intelligent systems.
