GP30JHE3/54 Diodes - Rectifiers - Single
GP30JHE3/54 is a single-phase rectifier used mainly in AC to DC power supplies and other DC power systems. It is one of the most common types of single-phase diodes used in many consumer and industrial applications. This rectifier can handle up to 30 amperes of current. It has a maximum reverse voltage of 350V and a voltage drop of 2v. The GP30JHE3/54 has a low forward voltage drop, good efficiency, and low thermal resistance.
In applications where AC power needs to be converted to DC power, GP30JHE3/54 can be used as part of the rectification circuit.
