GPVT-BY2

GPVT-BX2 is an optical system with high-precision vibration sensing based on deflection sensing technology and conformable sensor technology. It is widely used in various fields such as aerospace, medical technology, sensing technology, optical instruments and force and vibration measurement. The main purpose of GPVT-BX2 is to measure the vibration of various parts accurately.The working principle of GPVT-BX2 lies in the flexible sensor technology. It uses carbon fiber and titanium to make flexible sensors, which can accurately detect the small deflection of vibration surrounding the measuring point. When measuring vibration on the surface of objects, the flexible surface of the sensor can accurately detect the vibration and transfer it to the optical components of the system. The highly elastic material ensures that the shape of the sensing surface is in exact conformity with that of the measured surface, thus providing the best measurement accuracy.The GPVT-BX2 system uses a combination of optical and electrical components to measure and detect vibration on the surface of objects. There are two main parts in the system, namely, the flexible photodetector and the laser optical components. The photodetector is composed of two flexible sheets which form an optical bridge with a carbon fiber as the core material. The optical bridge is mounted on a flexible platform and is supported by two motors which enable it to tilt and reduce the vibration signal and detect the vibrations with great accuracy.The laser components send laser beams to the object to measure and the return signals will be used by the receiving laser optical system to register the deflection of the object. The laser signals travel in a wave-like manner through the photodetector\'s optical bridge and will be registered and sent to the processing unit. The processing unit will detect the deflection and convert it into the encrypted data which can be transferred to the host device. The data can be further processed by the computer to generate the reports of vibration measurement.The flexibility of the sensor and the precise resolution of the optical components ensure the accuracy of the measurement and the wide coverage of the application field. It can be used in various fields such as aerospace, medical technology, sensing technology, optical instruments and force and vibration measurement, thus being one of the most precise vibration sensing mechanisms available today.
