GZT4 is a microelectronic device which is used in a diverse range of applications of various electric appliances.

The voltage supply is required to initiate the gate firing signal, whilst the gate driver provides the high current and voltage control to the gate terminals. The optocoupler ensures isolation between the gate terminals and the gate source, allowing the GZT4 to act as an independent switching element without interference from other components.
