It consists of an 850 nm infrared light-emitting diode (LED) coupled with high speed integrated photodetector (VishayHCPL-7851#100). Working Principle of HCPL-7851#100
The HCPL-7851#100 works on the principle of opto-coupling. The optocoupler consists of a photodiode and an 885 nm infrared light-emitting diode (LED).
