HD1760JL is a single bipolar junction transistor (BJT) which is used in a variety of applications such as switching, amplification and rectification. Its design is based on a technology developed by the Japanese company Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. It is composed of an N-type base, an N-type collector and an N-type emitter. In addition, it has an additional lead for the gate.

HD1760JL is generally used for low-power applications, particularly in consumer electronics.
