HMC5128LP5E is a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) in the HMC series from Hittite Microwave Corporation. It is designed to operate from 8.2 to 10.8 GHz, with a tuning range of 30.1 MHz/V. The direct output power of the device is saturated at +13.4 dBm. The tuning voltage for the oscillation frequency is 0 to 5V. The phase noise is -101 dBc/Hz @ 1kHz offset and -115 dBc/Hz @ 10kHz offset.HMC5128LP5E is a highly integrated VCO solution, which includes an on-chip regulator, reference generator and loop filter components.
