The HMC636ST89E is a Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) amplifier. It is a state of the art MMIC design from Hittite with an impressive 0.02 dB gain flatness and a 5% maximum Insertion Loss. It is designed for use in a wide range of high performance radio frequency (RF) applications including cellular phones, global positioning systems (GPS), satellite and terrestrial microwave systems, and wireless applications.

The HMC636ST89E MMIC amplifier is an ideal solution for both high gain and low noise applications. It has a wide 1.7GHz to 3.7GHz operating frequency range, with typical gain of 18.0dB and a 3.5dB noise figure.
