HMC675LC3C is a high performance linear-comparator of the Faraday DSP circuit technology family. This family of linear-comparator products has a broad range of applications such as consumer electronics, broadcast, automotive, and medical products. The HMC675LC3C features a very low power consumption, and is pin and board compatible with its predecessors.

The HMC675LC3C Linear-Comparator operates on an open-loop, differential input signal. Comparator will compare the input signals of each amplifier and output a differential voltage depending on whether the input signals are above or below a predetermined threshold voltage. This threshold voltage comes from an external reference. The HMC675LC3C has two differential amplified outputs which allow one to look at the absolute value of the difference between the two inputs. The HMC675LC3C also features built-in power down and wake-up modes, so the user can easily transition between modes to conserve power.
