HMC706LC3C is an RF Misc ICs and Modules designed by Analog Devices. The HMC706LC3C consists of a low noise amplifier with a gain of 25 dB, which is optimized for broadband performance over the required frequency range. It features a wide gain-bandwidth product from 0.3 to 12 Hz, with low noise figure of 3 dB across the bandwidth. The RF output is single ended and requires a supply voltage of 3.3 V. The RF input and output impedance is 50 ohms.
The HMC706LC3C also has a variety of features designed to make it easy to use. The input and output are protected against static discharge and ESD.
