HMC7150LP3DETR is an RF modulator which converts electrical signals into electromagnetic signals in radio frequencies, suitable for use in various applications. The working principle of HMC7150LP3DETR is based on the principles of microwave plasma. In the first stage of the modulator, the incoming signal is converted to a high frequency, microwave signal by converting the electrical signal to microwaves using a microwave oscillator. In the second stage, the converted microwave signal is passed through a plasma chamber, where plasma is created by bombardment of the electrons from the incoming signal on the gas molecules present in the chamber.
