The HMC746LC3CTR is a high-performance, easy to use multiple-function logic device. It combines the active low-voltage differential sensing architecture of the HMC741SE with the flexibility of logic configuration and circuit design of the HMC790LJ. The device is an active-low, three-state, configurable digital logic device which incorporates the features of both a multiple-function and a specialized, four-channel configurable logic. This device is primarily intended for applications such as high-speed, low-voltage (LV) digital logic operations, control and interface circuits, as well as for timing and protection applications.

The HMC746LC3CTR is comprised of four channels of logic which can be configured to perform various logic operations. Each logic device is divided into three separate groups: an input stage, a logic stage, and an output stage. The input stage is responsible for receiving and interpreting the input signals and is also where the input signals are combined and multiplexed.
