The HMC893LP5ETR is a medium power, high dynamic range, very linear, GaAs pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT) active filter. It is packaged in a 3mm 24-lead, plastic leadless surface mount package, and is ideal for use in cellular infrastructure and point-to-point radio applications up to 20GHz. The filter provides superior performance in terms of noise, linearity, and dynamic range, making it ideal for use in communication transceivers.

The HMC893LP5ETR is an active filter which can be used in a variety of applications from cellular base station receivers and transmitters to point-to-point radios, satellite communication systems and various other communications systems. It is available in different frequency bands, with the lowest frequency band being up to 20GHz.
