Interface

The HMC896 is an integrated low-noise amplifier (LNA) designed for operation at frequencies of 1GHz and above. It features a relatively flat gain and excellent noise performance across a wide range of operating temperature from -10°C to 70°C. The device is packaged in a compact 19-pin surface mount package and offers excellent input impedance match and low-IF or RF-IF image rejection. Additionally, it has balanced outputs, high gain and low noise figure, wide dynamic range and low distortion. In addition to these features, the HMC896 also offers excellent linearity, high selectivity and reliable stability over a wide range of bias and temperature conditions.

Filters

The HMC896 features an advanced filter architecture to ensure excellent performance at high frequencies.
