Working Principle
HMC985ALP4KE adopts digital phase-shifted attenuation mechanism, which can linearly change the output power with the linear control voltage or current input. It can realize extremely small attenuation, with the minimum attenuation of 0.1dB and the maximum attenuation of 50dB. It works in the frequency range between 5GHz and 32 GHz. It is adjustable, fast and stable, which features low insertion loss, high linearity and large working bandwidth.
Main Structures
The structure of HMC985ALP4KE mainly includes control interface logic circuit, adjustable attenuation control power circuit, phase control circuit and packaged package.
