Interface – Drivers, Receivers, Transceivers plays an important role in the development of technology. IDT5V5218PGGI8 is a high-performance, low-power receiver for high-speed serial signaling applications such as Infiniband, Ethernet, and SATA. It is based on the performance of receivers and transceivers, and is suitable for use in high-speed communication networks.
The IDT5V5218PGGI8 consists of receiver circuits, three independent clock and data recovery latch circuits, a control circuit, an output pulse control circuit, and a low power control circuit. The receiver includes a high frequency receiver front end, two differential amplifiers, and an output driver. The operation of the receiver is similar to the operation of a traditional receiver. The receiver receives data that has been modulated onto a carrier wave, which is then amplified and demodulated to obtain a bit-encoded data stream.
The recovered data is then passed to the three independent clock and data recovery latch circuits. Each of the latch circuits is designed to perform independently.
