IL24E31W012D is an integrated power module (IPM) for an inverter bridge circuit, which is applicable to 3-phase AC motors such as fish finder motors, air conditioning motors, refrigerator motors, and so on. The wide voltage range of the IPM module covers 4.5V to 58V requirements, from a single phase supply up to a 3-phase motor up to two motor phases. This advanced module is designed with a wafer-level integrated power stage IC, featuring integrated gate-driver and a wide frequency range between 0.1kHz to 10kHz, making it suitable for various applications.

In addition to the standard inverter bridge circuit, the IL24E31W012D also supports other functions, such as frequency modulation, dedicated fault protection reactions, thermal shutdown, etc. Furthermore, the wide frequency ranges of the IL24E31W012D IPM enables easy and faster design of motor applications.
