The IRKD91/14A rectifier diode array is a miniature surface-mountable component that is designed to provide high-efficiency electrical rectification and switching over a wide range of applications. The device is rated to handle up to 30 amps of current, while allowing for a maximum forward voltage drop of 0.2V at full load.
