The IRKJ71/12A device is a diode array, which comprises of two individual ultra-fast high voltage rectifiers. Quite similar to its single rectifier counterparts, the diodes in the IRKJ71/12A device feature a very high forward surge current capability, whilst the components are capable of ensuring low reverse voltage leakage. This makes the device suitable for a whole range of applications, ranging from low voltage full-wave rectification tasks to more demanding rectification needs. The device’s high voltage rectifier components are built in the form of a Planar Passivated Chipset, allowing for stable operation when the components come into contact with an electromagnetic environment. This also allows for the device to maintain a low forward voltage drop, meaning that it can be used in situations with low power products or limited power requirements.
