Working Principle

The IRMCF143STR is a dual channel high-side driver optimized for dynamic motor control. Its inputs are low voltage logic signals and its outputs are high voltage switch-controlled MOSFETs that provide fast switching up to 200V, 60A. The device contains four fast switching MOSFET switches, two for each channel, with very low in-time delay and very low on-time delay.This driver can protect against a variety of conditions including over temperature, over current, and under voltage.

The device also features integrated sleep and wake-up functionality. In sleep mode, the driver takes very little power, allowing for more efficient operation.
