The device has a maximum continuous motor current of 50A and supports a motor current resolution of 0.443mA/step. Its low-impedance power stage design minimizes power dissipation, resulting in up to 89% energy efficiency.The IRMCF188TY also features a wide range of protection features. It has programmable over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage, and temperature protections with configurable trip levels. The temperature protection circuit has an integrated thermal sensor with an analogue-to-digital converter for monitoring.
