Working Principle

IRS22864SPBF is an integrated gate driver that provides both high current and high voltage drive outputs. The device is capable of driving high side and low side drivers with peak current of up to 7A and peak voltage of 20V. It has a built-in current sense amplifier, which compensates for the gate charge and reduces the time needed to turn on and turn off the switches.
