The IRS2453DSTRPBF is an integrated gate driver which is a part of PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuit) known as Gate Drivers. It provides a high side and low side gate driver which can be used in a wide range of applications to control power devices such as BJTs (Bipolar Junction Transistors) and FETs (Field-Effect Transistors). The integrated gate driver provides both half-bridge and full-bridge configurations with a high-current output. This device has a maximum supply voltage of +/-18v, an internal short circuit protection, thermal shutdown, as well as an adjustable dead-time control.

The IRS2453DSTRPBF is a high-performance, low-cost, monolithic driver IC which enables high-efficiency and low-distortion operation in a wide range of switching applications from light-load to high-load.
