The ISL28107FUZ-T7 is a monolithic single-supply rail-to-rail instrumentation amplifier. It is part of Intersil\'s instrumentation amplifier family, a series of precision op amp and buffer amplifiers. As a monolithic device, it takes up less board space and is easier to manufacture compared to discrete instrumentation amplifiers.
