As a member of Intersil’s family of Linear - Amplifiers, the ISL28233FRZ is designed for the Instrumentation, Operational Amplifier, Buffer Amplifier & Gear measuring applications. Its low noise inputs provide a range of applications. The ISL28233FRZ is a 4-in 1 device featuring a low noise single and dual channel low voltage instrumentation amplifiers (LVIA), a low power amplifier, a 3-way buffer, a precision voltage reference, two 32-bit gain stages, and a CMOS latch enabling power savings. The LVIA is designed to offer accuracy up to 0.01%, low drift, low noise (noise floor down to 0.5 nV/√Hz), low voltage operation (1.2V to 3.3V), low power consumption (5mW) and excellent input programming. It has a rail-to-rail input common mode range (1.2V to 3.3V), and a low noise (1.5 nV/√Hz) single-ended input.The device also contains a low power amplifier. It offers extremely low distortion, high CMRR and low power consumption (1.2V to 3.3V). Its output voltage range is from 0.6V to 3.3V.The ISL28233FRZ also features a 3-way buffer, which is a non-inverting amplifier with rail-to-rail output for driving different loads. It provides rail-to-rail input and rail-to-rail output voltage range (0.6V to 3.3V).The precision voltage reference provides a low Gaussian noise (1.2V to 3.3V) and an adjustable output voltage range from 0.6V to 3.3V. This feature enables the user to adjust the output voltage to any specific design application.The two 32-bit Gain Stages provides a low voltage range capability and optimum performance and stability over a wide range of operating conditions.
