ISL28430FBZ-T13 is a high precision instrumentation operational amplifier or an instrumentation buffer amplifier. It is designed to provide wide bandwidth and low input offset voltage and low noise while maintaining high stability and precision including low temperature coefficient. It is capable of powering demanding sensor applications and other precision analog circuits in portable applications.The ISL28430FBZ-T13 features a rail-to-rail output and high-side current sensing up to 2mA with a low-side current monitoring up to 16 mA. It also integrates ESD protection on each input and output in order to minimize power dissipation and maximize dynamic range and headroom. Furthermore, the ISL28430FBZ-T13 operates on voltages from 2.7V to 5.5V and provides a wide input common-mode voltage range from negative supply to VCC + 0.3V with rail-to-rail output swing. The device also has low input offset voltage of 10 mV maximum and low input bias current of 400 pA maximum. In addition, it has low temperature coefficient of offset voltage of 12 uV/°C maximum and low temperature coefficient of offset voltage of 0.4 µV/°C/V maximum.
