ISL32274EIVZ

The ISL32274EIVZ is a CMOS, low-power, receiver/transceiver for RS-232 signals. It has a low voltage level shift circuit between its two channels, which enables it to receive, transmit and normal two or three channels of full-duplex or half-duplex serial data.
