ISL3294EIHZ-T is an interface components of Drivers, Receivers, and Transceivers, specifically RS-485 driver. It is designed to meet the requirements for industrial communication applications operating at data rates up to 2.5 Mbps. The device has integrated logic and outputs to operate from a single +3V to +5.5V supply. The device has ESD protection on all pins, making it robust against electrostatic discharge. The ISL3294EIHZ-T integrates a 2.5 Mbps transceiver, RS-485 driver, and 4-wire differential receiver into a 24-pin TSSOP package.
