ISL33001IRTZ-T is a single low-noise, low-power, low-cost, low-threshold voltage, 2-channel bidirectional input and output, non-inverting logic interface that provides a complete signal buffering, repeater, splitter, and level shifter solution for industrial, automotive, and consumer applications.For many applications, such as data transmission and communication, the input and output signals are often incompatible due to physical or electrical differences. In such cases, a signal buffering and repeating device is necessary to condition the signals in order to make them compatible. Moreover, these devices must be able to work with different supply voltages, while providing low power consumption. The ISL33001IRTZ-T meets these requirements, providing a single input/output interface that supports both 3.3V and 5V logic levels.The ISL33001IRTZ-T offers a high level of flexibility and allows users to customize the operating parameters. For example, the device\'s input/output (I/O) levels can be configured to be either logic levels or open-drain outputs. In addition, the repeater buffers can be either enabled or disabled as required for different applications.The ISL33001IRTZ-T provides a non-inverting logic interface, which means that the output signals are the same as the input signals, with the same polarity. This eliminates the need for additional level converters and makes the design easy and efficient.The device works by transforming input signals from the two input channels into two separate output signals. The two reversible output buffers can be used for either input or output. When used for output, the buffer is enabled and the output is latched in the output register. When used for input, the buffer is disabled and the output states will match the input states.The output levels of the ISL33001IRTZ-T can also be programmed to be a high voltage (H) or a low voltage (L). The device allows for both static and dynamic level control, whereby static level control specifies the state of the output levels at every clock cycle, and dynamic level control enables the user to switch between H and L levels depending on the state of the input signals.In terms of power consumption, the ISL33001IRTZ-T consumes very low power and does not require a power-down mode for power conservation.
