The ISL3297EFRTZ-T is an industrial-grade, integrated, electronically isolated CAN transceiver module. It is designed for high-speed CAN (controller area network) applications in automotive, industrial, and consumer applications. The product integrates an output driver, a receiver, a transceiver, and an integrated isolation barrier to provide noise immunity and EMC performance.

The module consists of two 15-pin SIP packages, which contain a 2.0A peak output driver, a 5.5V driver, a 2.5V receiver, and a galvanically isolated transceiver. The module is designed for operation in both automotive and industrial environments. It features an integrated over-voltage protection and low-voltage partial-mode operation for safety and reliability. It can also operate at temperatures up to a maximum of 85 degrees Celsius.

The ISL3297EFRTZ-T provides a cost-effective solution for CAN applications with high bit-rate requirements due to its low-distortion and -noise output transceiver core and its low-power consumption.
