The ISL43140IR is a low-power, dual-channel, single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) CMOS analog switch. It is ideal for use in low-power, portable applications such as mobile phones, digital cameras, personal media players, handheld medical devices and a wide variety of consumer electronics. The ISL43140IR provides maximum on-residue conductance of 50uΩ at +1.6V and maximum off-residue of 800pF at -1.6V, with a low 10μA typical quiescent current draw at +3.3V.
