Working Principle of ISL43144IR
The ISL43144IR offers three low power modes: shutdown, standby, and powered ON mode. The Shutdown Mode reduces the input bias current to a very low value and all the amplifier functions are OFF allowing very low leakage. In the standby mode, signals are processed by the integrated circuits, but the output is not operated. The last mode is the active mode, which requires a supply voltage of 1.8V to 5.5V and a total current consumption of only 25uA. The device features low propagation delay, wide operating band and wide bandwidth.
The device features a low voltage differential input voltage of 5 mV min and a high slew rate of 2 V/μs when operating from 4.5V. The differential input impedance is less than 8.5kΩ and the common mode input impedence is less than 35kΩ. The supply current for amplification is 10μA/div and the minimum power supply of the device is 2.5 V. The device\'s input capacitance is less than 10 pF, which allows it to drive low impedance loads.
The device features a wide range of features that make it suitable for a variety of applications. The output stage features a rail-to-rail output stage that allows the device to switch between high and low output voltage easily. The open drain NFET output has the benefit of low EMI because the switch is turned off by pulling the output to ground.
