ISL6530CB-T

The ISL6530CB-T is a special-purpose voltage regulator designed to specifically simplify sequencing, tracking and level-shifting of power supply voltages for integrated circuits and digital systems.It is produced by Intersil, now a part of Renesas. The total output current is limited by a 0.6A per phase current limit.The device also features a high-side power MOSFET for level shifting between the input and output supplies, as well as a separate high-side current limit to protect against inrush current from the input supply.

The ISL6530CB-T has a programmable slew rate to minimize inrush current from the input supply, and a gate driver to disconnect the high-side MOSFET during shutdown.
