ISL6612AECBZ-T is an integrated high-speed, automatically adjustable gate driver designed for a variety of power management ICs (PMICs), particularly those for use in Internet of Things (IoT) applications. It integrates two high-performance current-mode gate buffers that deliver up to 1.2A each when powered from a single 5V supply. It is designed to provide the highest performance and flexibility when driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs used in DC-DC converters and motor control circuits.The ISL6612AECBZ-T gate driver provides an adjustable rise and fall time that can be modified to optimize the gate driver performance depending on the application requirements. It has built-in level shift circuit protection and a low-side output transistor that can be used as a load switch. The load switch is an ideal choice for DC-DC buck converters with synchronous rectifiers. The built-in slew rate control reduces conducted EMI.
