ISL6530CR

The ISL6530CR is a synchronous step-down regulator designed to offer up to 6A of output current in an efficient, low-profile, thermally enhanced 5mm x 6mm QFN package. The device integrates two high-side power MOSFETs, with an adjustable output voltage down to 0.5V to enable applications requiring CPU core voltages or low I/O voltages. The integrated constant-frequency current mode controller provides a seamless transition between pulse-skipping operation at light loads and fixed-frequency operation at heavy loads. It also provides excellent line and load transients supported by the instantaneous transient pulse-skippable mode and Burst Mode operation for extended battery life.
