The ISL6612ACRZ-T is a part of a family of High−Side MOSFET and IGBT Gate Current Regulators specifically designed for driving high power switch applications up to 60V and 200A. The device monitors the inductive load current and adjusts the gate current to set a constant value, thus eliminating the need for the user to set the gate current by hand.The ISL6612ACRZ-T is a PMIC – Gate Drivers with a wide application field.
