The ISL6844IU-T is a highly integrated, 4-phase, 12V DrMOS Power Stage that provides extremely low ripple and noise. It is designed to drive microprocessors, graphics, FPGAs, ASICs and power bus loads in the most challenging applications. In addition to its integrated power conversion, the ISL6844IU-T offers multiple control, monitoring and protection features, such as Overvoltage Protection (OVP), failed phase monitor, over-temperature protection, Power Limiting (PL), voltage droop control and Thermal Diode Current Limiting (TDC).
