The ISL83204AIPZ is a low power, high-performance gate driver IC from Renesas, a well-known Japanese semiconductor company. When a logic input signal is provided to any one of these pins, the high-side MOSFET on the corresponding gate driver turns on and provides a low voltage potential at the output, while the low-side MOSFET turns off, thus allowing the output pin to go high.
